The battles of the game are fought on a 7×7 table, and each player is in charge of a “Deck Leader.” This character serves as both the representation of the player character’s hit point and the central square on the map around which cards can be put. This is a strategy card game, just like the majority of the other Yu-Gi-Oh! video game adaptations. From that point forward, the player has the option of following either the White Rose or the Red Rose, each leading to a unique set of events. On the other hand, Rosenkreuz, played by Seto, appears and makes an offer to the hero to join his side, the Yorkists.
